Took in the dog after a vet trip to get a new Kong toy. The staff gave us a great coupon and were very helpful. Our dog got to see the kitties and other critters in aquariums throughout the store. On this particular visit the checkout line was extraordinarily long, but they opened up two more lanes and people were moving along like normal! Nothing bad to say at all! Good job Petsmart!!

I came in simply trying to return items from an online order. Instead of helping, the cashier looked me up and down, then stared at my return box with this condescending, dismissive expression. She flat-out refused to even start the return. When I calmly asked why, she snapped that the order was shipped to a Georgia address and told me to “go there and deal with it.” No explanation, no attempt to help, no professionalism—just rude, curt, and hostile behavior.\n\nI’m a paying customer, returning items my husband ordered incorrectly. That’s it. There was absolutely no reason to be treated with such disrespect.\n\nThe way I was dismissed and spoken to made me seriously question whether I was treated this way because I’m Asian. No customer should ever leave a store feeling humiliated or discriminated against. This experience was shocking and deeply disappointing.

Never had an issue with this location or the associates until I took my dog to the groomer’s today. I had Anya, who displayed unprofessionalism from the moment I dropped my dog off to the moment I picked her up. There was constant attitude when asked a question and when I called 2 hours after drop-off to see if my dog was ready, I received more attitude then got hung up on when I asked why I wasn’t notified. Although she apologized afterwards, her tone and unnecessary statements was off putting as the customer. The associate didn’t clean my dog properly and the manager never followed through with my complaint. I will not be coming back to this location for grooming. Highly recommend you take your pets to a local grooming business than here.

I just wanted to leave a review because I’ve seen so many that are hit or miss. I just adopted an older dog from a hard life less than 2 months ago, and it has been a very difficult journey. Our trainer, Suzanne, has gone above and beyond to try to help my pup get past some of her traumas. She’s been patient with us during class, and super supportive between classes, allowing me to call her when I was unsure what to do even though it wasn’t a class day. This was exactly what my pup and I needed to start navigating life together, and I’m very grateful for all the help and effort she put into both of us
