LOST ALL TRUST AND WON'T BE TAKING MY DOG HERE EVER AGAIN. Why would I bring her to a place where I have to worry about her getting a bloody eye? I just came here for a nail trim and she came back out with a bloody eye. I noticed in the car as I was giving her a treat that there was a pool of blood collecting in the corner of her eye!! And her eye looked red as if she had bonked her eye. I'm not sure what happened in the few minutes it took to trim her nails, but clearly there was rough treatment. There was another review on Yelp where someone else's dogs were hurt during grooming while coming to this business (check that review for yourself too!). WHY COME TO A PLACE WHERE YOUR DOG MAY GET HURT? Look at the photo and video proof I took IMMEDIATELY after getting in my car parked directly in front of the door to the store.

I can’t say enough great things about this grooming salon! The team here truly goes above and beyond — they send pictures and videos throughout the grooming process, which is such a huge help for my anxiety. It’s so comforting to see Scarlett being cared for so gently and professionally. The salon is clean, welcoming, and the groomers clearly love what they do. Highly recommend to any pet parent who wants peace of mind and a happy, pampered pup

Absolutely love bringing my husky here! He’s super hairy and a total handful, but the they always do an amazing job with his maintenance. It makes me so happy to see him get excited for his appointments—I know they treat him so well. Highly recommend! ✨

My baby received the face mask/massage package and when I picked him up he acted so relaxed you can tell he felt the same as after we visit the masseuse. They even sent me pics! I added before and afters of my lil guy. I had to go shorter because he was matted underneath in areas and instead of brushing out I’d rather just start fresh. I will cut a lil more fluffy next time but I can tell this place really pays attention to detail. All hair was cut even and how she described. Also big plus I didn’t have to wait hours for them to start on my pup. They started as soon as my apt time and he was ready for pick up just a couple hours later. Other places make him wait in the kennels in the back which I don’t like so this was a plus. Thank you!

We needed to find a new groomer for our doodle as she had some issues getting brushed at her previous groomer.\nOC Pawtastic was very understanding and took wonderful care of her. She came out looking her best and most importantly she feels happy and it seems to have been a great experience for her.\nThank you!
