I never spent time apart from my cat Aurora before so I was pretty nervous leaving her for 4 days. After touring the hotel and meeting the wonderful staff, I started to feel at ease. While I was gone I got updates on her as well as a video of her playing with one of the techs! I was even provided with a link that allowed me to see Aurora in real time in her bungalow. The bungalow itself was great! So spacious and she has her own window that had a bird feeder! So happy I found this place!

This was my review in February '23 in Yelp for their services. I cant speak for them now, as I havent used them since my cat died in Sept '23 and my current cats dont need grooming or accommodations yet. I think they run a good operation, and if my cats get too dirty for me to clean them or if I need to have them at place since if I cant get a cat sitter , I would consider using them again.\n\nI used them in December '22 to clean and groom my older cat, since she's older and doesnt self-groom any more. They did an amazing job of getting her clumps out, trim her nails, and clean her nether regions. I was told to bring her back in 3 months, and I went today, and the cost was less due to less issues with her fur. I recommend this place highly for cats that require more maintenance for their fur, especially if you live in the Studio City/Noho/Burbank area and need a close by groomer. Cats require someone more trained than a dog groomer due to claws and cats being more ornery. Also most dog groomers will not touch cats. Id say this place should be the first choice to go. They take a little more than an hour, and if you get a lunch time groom, you can kill time for lunch and then pick up your cat.

This place might be pricey for some, but they are very professional and seem to really care about their clients, aka kitties. I have tried their grooming and boarding, and was not disappointed. My kitty at the tender age of 12 had her first grooming service ever ( I tend to bathe her myself, but due to my health complications, I couldn't this time). And she came out looking fabulous, and she acted like she had a girl's spa day lol. I thought she would hate me afterward, but whatever magic they work here is appreciated by their felines and their hoomans.

This review is long overdue as I've boarded my cat here half a dozen times over the last three years. As a single cat mama, I truly don't know what I'd do without this place and the wonderful, dedicated staff that takes care of my baby when I need to travel. The level of communication and care is incredible . Boarding is a stressful experience but I'm able to rest easier knowing she's safe and being provided for by true 'cat people.' Incredibly grateful for this business and their staff.

Did not have a good experience trying to book. My cats vet spoke to the lady to confirm his health and vaccines yet that wasnt good enough. He has been with me since 2 months old with no other animals and never been outside, he had his FIV etc testing done at his 1 yr check up which was negative and then had his 2nd vaccines at 1.5 years. He doesn't need to be rechecked, its impossible for him to get anything as an only pet that never goes outside. The vet tried explaining retesting isn't necessary. I did her paperwork, paid for 1 night deposit and still she wanted me to waste my time and money to get him retested at her vet. I have been all over and never ever has anyone ever required that. Ever. So now, she claims zelle cant be refunded though its a cash transaction better than venmo or any other. So got 1 night fees for free. I took my to a different hotel and had zero issues as I normally do. I do not recommend this place for horrid customer several and ridiculous policies she does NOT make clear until she has your money she won't refund. I also made it clear my cat was not to mingle with other cats at any time. She just argued that some owners think their cats dont mingle well but might. That wasnt my point. I dont let my cat around any other cat in hotels because I dont want him getting parasites from other cats. Just stay away from here. She is argumentative, doesnt listen to owner direction, makes up fake laws to get your money then doesnt take the reservation AFTER you pay. Avoid this place and just pay extra to go anywhere else
