I drop my dogs at 9 am 4:30 pm not ready. I went 3 times and not ready. My dogs had no water. When I ask Rude respont from the owner , no way I will come back.

We have used their services for many years and am very satisfied with their services. My Maltipoo Chai tea is well taken care of.

Fouad is the nicest man, and so is his staff. Once, something happened and we weren't able to get to the salon before closing to get our dog. He called us and volunteered to come back and open back up so we could get our dog when we got home.\n\nAbove and beyond the call of duty.

Nice but didn't listen to ANYTHING that I asked for. I told him to trim half an inch off of his head and chin and showed him THREE times with my fingers how much to trim. I told him that I like my dog fluffy. I return to my dog having a buzzed flat top mullet and no chin hair. I told him he cut more than I asked for.. He said he was too fluffy. Yes, I like him fluffy just like I told him not 20 minutes prior. Now dog looks crazy and can't take Christmas photos. I can't even express how upset I am about this.
