Paradise Ranch Pet Resort

Paradise Ranch Pet Resort has been our trusted home away from home for over two years for both daycare and boarding. My English Mastiff, Lina, is a certified therapy dog, so her temperament, comfort, and well-being are incredibly important to me — and Paradise Ranch has consistently exceeded expectations.\n\nMost recently, Lina stayed for a 9-day boarding visit, the longest she’s ever been away from home. She came back relaxed, happy, and well cared for, with no soreness or stress — which speaks volumes about the thoughtful, attentive care she receives. The staff truly knows the dogs, understands large breeds, and treats each one like family.\n\nThe environment is calm, enriching, and well managed, and the communication always gives me complete peace of mind while I’m away. I am so grateful for the incredible team at Paradise Ranch and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog.\n\nHighly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional daycare and boarding.\n\n🐾💙

I have tried almost every day care out there and honestly this is BY FAR the best day care out there in So Cal. I live in West Hollywood and make the commute because I truly want the best for my dog. Dogs should be outdoors and not confined. There are also multiple play areas, which I love about this place. This place does not put dogs in cages at any point of the day, which I like as well because why even place them in day care at that point? My dog truly gets excited when we enter through to the gate and I love their system of having someone there outside in a separate gated area to pick up/drop off your dog, without having to go to the office (unless you need to). Its a quick drop off/pick up and is truly a Disneyland for the dogs. Also, I was away for a weekend and left my dog with them for boarding for three days. I wasn't worried for a second during my trip and they updated me with some pictures showing how much fun she was having. If you want the best for your dog, seriously look no further. This place is the BEST. Midhi, the manager, and Jamie have been AMAZING and I can't thank them enough for everything. I feel so good at work knowing my dog is in the best hands and having so much fun as well. In my opinion, there is no place out there that remotely compares to this day care. Definitely check it out if you're looking not for just any day care, but the right day care for your dog. Truly the best.

This place is like a five star extended stay hotel/day care for dogs and it is an amazing. No cages, off the leash and supervised by professionals. It’s not a problem if dog never been trained. They have an excellent K9 training program to teach proper behavior. Age or size of the pet doesn’t make a difference. All dogs are getting proper education, the best care and loving they do need. On top of that, security cameras everywhere around. It gives an opportunity for the pet’s owners check on their pets 24/7. Just go on line and see your dog. This place is very impressive. Paradise indeed.

The entire staff has been friendly and kind every time we have ever interacted. Trainers are knowledgeable and the folks taking care of the dogs seem patient and experienced. Paradise Ranch is the only dog boarding and daycare facility that I experience zero concerns when we drop our dog, Teddy, off given their track record. Keep up the good work!

I was pretty disappointed with my experience at paradise pet resorts. The facilities are great, lots of space, play areas even little pools for the dogs but the customer service really fell short. From the moment I dropped off my pup, the staff seemed distant and not very welcoming, which was stressful.\nOn top of that, communication was a problem. I didn’t get updates about my dog’s stay and when I reached out, responses were slow and vague. It left me feeling uneasy the whole time.\nIt’s too bad, because the concept and the facilities are fantastic. If they improve the way they interact with pet owners and provide timely updates, this place could easily deserve five stars. For now, though, I can’t wholeheartedly recommend it.
