Head To Tail Grooming

Have taken my pets here for a while now and they were great at first but after every visit the quality and attention to detail have gone extremely down and we will no longer be taking them here. The past few visits my dog has come back with chunks of hair still coming out of her and doesn’t even appear to be brushed very much. I usually understand because huskies shed a lot but it was really bad this time. On top of that, all of her underside belly area wasn’t even washed. There was still some gunk in her fur so they obviously didn’t even try to brush or wash her down there. As seen in the picks, her belly looks black under the fur. She is a white husky, her belly is supposed to be pink when washed properly. Her ears were also black. Very disappointed.

First time visit here and I don’t think I’m going back. I asked for a summer cut, but it come back not short enough. And the groomer said if I want to do a poodle feet that will cause extra even though I only want to do it on the paws. I didn’t do it in the end. I think so far I feel OK. But after I took my baby home, I noticed she have a lot of hair in both of her eyes. I have to help her remove it with Q-tip and a lot of water.

I've been taking my dogs to Head to Tail for three years now, and even after moving and trying other groomers, I always find myself coming back, no matter how long the drive. The staff here is amazing, and my dogs absolutely love it. At other places, they used to tremble, cry, and even try to resist going in, but at Head to Tail, they walk in happy and excited every time. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about the dogs and makes them feel comfortable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pups!

I had been here multiple times and never had an issue. Went recently and firstly they cut her hair to short and not how I requested. I usually trust their process and let it slide. When I got home my dog was bleeding from various areas where she was shaved excessively. I let them know and sent them pictures and they tried to blame me. They didn’t request to give me my money back. I even referred others to them but will not be going back.

I loved their service, and it was also nice to notice how the groomer truly cares for your pet. He knows his stuff which made me feel comfortable to know my pup was in good hands! Here is a before and after comparison 😉
