My dog was shaved. They did not have permission to shave my dog. I’m devastated. I brought her in for a groom…. I was horrified when I picked her up and she was completely shaved and looks ridiculous. I asked to have a manager call me today. I was told despite such a huge Problem a manager was not available. The guy that did the grooming said another groomer That has worked on my dog in the past, said that she gets shaved. Totally not factual. My dog is almost\n14 And has never been shaved. Who shaves the dog heading into winter?? And if you’re going to shave a dog, you should make sure The owner is fully aware that you plan to shave the dog. This should not happen accidentally. I am so very sad. 😭 The prior Experiences with this location were amazing. But today I am distraught. It’s\nAdditionally upsetting that no one felt it was important enough to have a manager call\nMe the same day this happened to my dog.

I had a horrible experience with Noelia she shaved my Pomeranian sweet girl from face to toe! I told her her not my Pomeranian face and clearly didn’t care. My Pomeranian looks like a shaved dog rat! Never again will I bring her to the location in La Verne. I want too cry! Does this look like a teddy bear haircut to you?

I have two dogs and the staff here keeps me coming back. They deeply care about what they do and it shows in every interaction from the appointment setting to handling my pups at pickup. Sabrina at the reception is always helpful and the appointment reminder calls are a plus. Liza and Randy are so sweet and mindful with both my pups (one of them is a chihuahua if you catch my drift,) and they always come back shiny and happy!\n\nWhen I had a concern about one of the grooming sessions, Liza and the team made me feel heard and made sure that any concerns I had were addressed without my asking. Glands can be tricky depending on the dog post-grooming, but their initiative from the get-go and ever since goes such a long way for me. Highly recommend the folks here!

Brought my Lucy to get groomed today. It was her first time! They were so patient with her and so caring. My cat was not happy with being shaved but they made it work. They kept me updated throughout her appointment and let me know what was going on. Upon pick up they also explained her behavior and process once again. Love their communication and how much they care for Lucy. Definitely scheduling future appointments for my other 2 cats. 10/10 highly recommend!🐾🐈🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛💛
