Healthy Spot - Marina Del Rey

We take our dog to Healthy Spot's groomer and small dog daycare. I'm really grateful we found this convenient place close to home that our dog loves. We've tried other daycares and he's always pretty nervous going into them. At this one, he gets excited when we arrive in the parking lot and pulls me into the store to see his friends, wagging his tail as he goes. He has short hair and not a lot of grooming needs but they do a good job keeping him clean and his nails ground every month. You can also rent their daycare room on Sundays for private parties at a very reasonable rate. We hosted a foster dog reunion there and it was great!

Friendly full-service pet store. Not a 'big box' concept pet store. A higher touch experience from helpful and friendly staff members. Huge selection of pet food, including raw. Dog clothing selection is broad. We bought our dog a rain coat to use during the heavy rain LA is experiencing this year

I had such a wonderful experience with the staff and management at Healthy Spot in Marina del Rey. I had purchased daycare passes for my two dogs, but since my husband recently retired and has been caring for them full-time, we hadn’t been able to use the passes. The team was so kind and patient in helping me transfer the passes to my sister so she could use them for her own dog.\n\nWhen another location initially did not honor the “no expiration” clause on the passes, the staff here once again stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks to their effort, my sister can now enjoy the daycare passes, and I didn’t have to worry about wasting the value I originally paid for.\n\nI truly appreciate their professionalism, care, and dedication to both pets and pet parents. This experience has only reinforced why I continue to rely on Healthy Spot for grooming, shopping (both in-store and online), and now daycare for my fur-baby niece.\n\nThank you, Healthy Spot Marina del Rey team—you’re the best!

I've been taking my Frenchie to Healthy Spot since he was 5 months old. He loves daycare and the staff always treat him like a VIP! The retail and grooming staff are excellent and we're grateful to have a location so close to us. I highly recommend exploring Health Spot (any location) to support local businesses that your fur baby will love.
