Hello,\n\nI wanted to share some honest feedback about my experience with my dogs daycare visits.\n\nI chose this facility because I believed I would be working with professionals who would take the time to understand my dog and support her needs. Jade does have high anxiety, which I’ve always been transparent about, but she is also a very sweet dog. I was hopeful she would be given the time and care needed to get comfortable in a new environment.\n\nI brought her in several times to help her acclimate. While there were days she did okay, there were also days when her anxiety was higher—which I expected as part of the adjustment process. Because of that, I was surprised and disappointed to be told after only a few visits that she should not return.\n\nWhat was most frustrating is that I was not given specific feedback about her behavior or guidance on what I could do to help improve the situation. I had expected more communication and a willingness to work with her rather than a quick decision to stop accommodating her.\n\nI truly feel let down by this experience. If a dog is already fully comfortable and easygoing, this may be a good fit. However, for dogs that need patience, support, and time to adjust—especially those with separation anxiety—this did not feel like the right environment.

My yorkie goes to Hightail Hotel\nfor daycare a few days a month for about a year and he LOVES IT. The people who work here love to be there and love my dog which is so important.\n\nWe just did our first ever “longer than a weekend” boarding and he came back to us happy & healthy. Could not be happier with the experience! Highly recommend to all!!

We love High Tail Hotel! After getting our first puppy Leonardo a year ago, we were looking for daycare facilities for a couple times a week where we'd be particularly busy and wouldn't have a ton of time to spend with him.\n\nSoooo happy we found this place. Leo is small and very sweet but could easily be made nervous/scared. We were a little worried a daycare environment might be too overwhelming for him.\n\nHe was a bit nervous his first day but now he absolutely loves going. He starts getting excited in the car the minute we even turn on their street. We are used to spending almost 24/7 with him and it feels so nice knowing the times where he is away he is having a great time. We can tell he loves all the girls that work there as well.\n\nHighly recommend High Tail! They do such a great job and care so much about all the pups. We also appreciate getting to see Leo on their Instagram from time to time :)
