Wonderful place to shop for your pets. They even have a clinic and grooming for your pets as well!

PetSmart camp and hotel -- Me and my pup Darla used to LOVE PetSmart on Gellert. The employees were welcoming. Played with Darla. Made her camp days and overnight stays enjoyable, but ever since they got rid of the old trainers and some employees left... everything went to 💩.\nDarla was in group play and enjoyed every second. Once our favorite trainer Jessica left, and we didn't "vibe" with the new ones. They put Darla in individual play claiming she was "aggressive" when she's not. They said "if she does training with the new trainers she can go back into group." Darla is a husky mix and is 1 1/2. She has a puppy mentality and if you know a husky, they play differently and are hyper active - not aggressive. The way they're pushing to do training with their trainers is not professional and seems like they are begging. It didn't sit right with me and made me more than willing to pay extra for individual play. Going into individual play - it is not play. It is a - let one employee be in a room with your dog, barely playing and talking to employees on the other side through a fence. Mind you, it's only for 30 minutes and then your pup is locked in a cage the remainder of the day. They forget that people make use of their camera's that were finally accessible. HOWEVER - I want to thank those handful of employees who made Darla's time worth it and gave us updates when we picked her up. Jessica, if you're reading this - my family and Darla miss you dearly!\nPetSmart store - 5 ✨️ they do have everything you need and want. Their point system is beneficial and convenient! Darla loves their ice cream and the natural bully sticks/pig ears!\n\nYou can be the judge of both but these are my two cents.
