They were friendly and gave my dog a good looking haircut, but she has been coughing essentially nonstop since we picked her up a day ago. Leading theory is it’s tracheal irritation. I suspect that either the grooming collar was on too tight or she inhaled something weird. Anyway, it’s driving all of us insane now, dog included.\n\nI haven’t had this sort of experience with other groomers. I am not confident that we’ll return.\n\nUpdate: Changing this from 2 to 3 stars, just because the folks from the business reached out after the fact, which I really appreciated. Our dog's coughing ended up subsiding after about two and a half days.

We were there yesterday with Shaq (cat) to have him experience their cat grooming but unfortunately he said Shaq was so aggressive and they could not provide the service so they just did nail trim instead. I wish they can do something or have other ways or techniques but it’s ok we can try somewhere else.
