Nice neighborhood pet store plus day care and also bathing stations. Caring staff and good vibes. Our dog loves it here (except during bathtime).

Walked in to look for a toy, and immediately was hit with the smell of urine. Not just a little. It smells like it's been building up over time. This is not the first time I've visited this store. Any time I've comed in. There's usually nobody at the front. This time it was different. It was concerning enough for me to write a review. If this is a legit place, then someone needs to come check to see if it's up to standard. The amount of ammonia coming from the urine could be harmful to our pets. I also heard a dog that clearly was distressed and in pain. I dont know how to report this. If the owner or mager is reading. Please for the love to our furry friends. Be better at keeping your business clean. I understand being understaffed. But it made me uncomfortable and worried enough to write this.
