These guys are just fantastic, warming environment. My dog came in past due, as the holiday season was super busy. He was there for the day, however totally worth the time also pay. Bernard and Leo kept me updated throughout the day which helped with my anxiety ;). Thank you showtime, highly recommend..

We had a horrible experience. It was our puppy’s first grooming and they blamed us for not preparing him enough. They said they’d have him for 3-4 hour and had him for 7, and acted as if they were doing us a favor for keeping him longer. He was so anxious when we picked him up and then talked to other dog-owners in the neighborhood who had the same experience. Will never return.

My dog almost got sepsis after his dematting. The groomer de-matted my dog so aggressively that they left MULTIPLE cuts all over his body which got infected and turned into abscesses. We had to put my dog on multiple rounds of antibiotics due to this groomers negligence. Have spent over $2000 in vet visits since the incident (3 weeks). My dog is an extremely sweet and gentle boy and it breaks my heart knowing I almost lost him to reckless negligence. If you are dealing with pets, treat them with care—I cannot even begin to imagine how much pain he must have felt during his grooming to yield such severe cuts. Extremely disappointed and upset. The groomer didn’t even feel any ounce of remorse towards their actions.

This place is abysmal, it should be shut down. I took my dog here to get dematted and he got lacerations which got infections and cost me over 2k dollars and weeks of stress and worry to fix, I was genuinely concerned about his health and well being and this place offered nothing. They claimed that they held no liability, but if I could I would use this place for every dollar they have. The attendant was aggressive, the treatment was aggressive, I was charged more than I was told, this place is a scam. Showtime groomer should be shutdown.
