Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They went the extra mile. I didn't look in on the cams but.I would def use Wag again on my trips to SF.

I WALKED IN TO THE SF WAG IN HOPES OF GETTING MY DOG'S NAILS TRIMMED AND IT WAS PRETTY MUCH CLOSING TIME OF THE GROOMERS, SO I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY AND THEN ONE OF THE GROOMERS SAY SHE COULD TAKE ME SINCE I HAD A SIMPLE TASK AND IT'S A SMALL DOG. I WAS SO ELATED THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN SAVING ME TIME AND GAS. KUDOS TO NORMA, SHE SAVED ME MONEY, THANK YOU WAG FOR HIRING GREAT PEOPLE THAT GO BEYOND THEIR SET TIMES AND HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY AS A DISABLED ADULT WITH A SERVICE DOG.

I just love the Wag brand and what it represents. I have been fortunate to use two different facilities and personally vouch for the consistent top shelf service. I recently started taking my dog to the San Francisco location and let me just say the staff there is top notch and it’s enjoyable as a customer to see they live they have for all the pets at their facility. I really appreciate the way they interact and the genuine care they have for all of the pets staying with them. The GM at that property should be commended. Attitude reflects leadership and you can tell by the staff that it is a very well run operation. They are all magnificent. Thank you for all you do.

I have always taken my dogs to Wag Hotels in Redwood City, but recently when I go on trips, I have been taking them to the SF Wag Hotels since it is closer to SFO, and I absolutely *LOVE* it.\n\nI think the staff at the SF location are even more friendly and caring to the dogs than at the Redwood City location. My dogs are definitely less stressed. They always seem to have ultra suites available. And they even gave my dogs complimentary grooming & a bath.\n\nYou guys are AWESOME!!

We dropped our pups off for the day and they seemed happy when we picked them up. We got pics and updates throughout the day. Our pups enjoyed Wag a lot.
