The team here is incredible. My dog is a little skittish with grooming after getting his nails trimmed too short. They are so patient with him and he always leaves happy and with the perfect haircut.

Jasmine thank you so much for taking care of my pup. Days later her coat and skin is so healthy and shiny and she feels so much better. My dog had a great experience with the staff and other dogs at Castro location. It was really nice for my pup to be greeted by other friendly pups when she walked in the door. This helped her feel more comfortable. My dog was way overdue and very dirty they got her all the way together and my dog and I feel so much better! She is very clean and her nails are perfect, other people have a hard time with her nails and that’s understandable but Jasmine did an amazing job for what we came in with she really did a miracle. The vibes were vibing and me and my dog are so happy 💜 will definitely be back. Tysm 🫶🏼
