Tilt is lovely! My puppy wiggles every time we go, so happy to see her groomer! They are excellent with doodles (and all dogs it seems). I especially like that once she’s finished, she waits in a crate, which helps calm my overstimulated girl (though some dogs are out, so I think they try to cater to their personalities.

They did such a great job on my doodle girl! Really sweet people who asked the right questions and gave my dog a perfect groom that was exactly what I asked for. She looks so good!

Easy to book online, great service, happy dog! We’ve always booked with Jose and are very pleased with the results/value.

I have a nervous rescue dog with only three legs and I have brought her here four times prior to today to get her nails clipped because I wanted to make sure she doesn’t associate the experience with pain. Unfortunately, my dog’s experience today has made her terrified of nail clippers.\n\nI brought her in for a walk-in and one of the groomers took my dog to the back as usual to get clipped. When I watched from the counter, I saw her cut the quick of my dog’s only back paw almost immediately. My dog yelped loudly 5 or 6 times and strongly jumped as much as she could but the groomer kept holding her single back leg firmly and not letting go. Note, my dog only has one back leg and she was holding the foot up above my dog’s body, surely putting a lot of stress on a joint that’s already overloaded. I’ve never seen another groomer here handle my dog like that before. Upon seeing the struggle, another groomer went to assist. I appreciated that he tried to comfort my dog with some pets.\n\nI raised my concern with the two other groomers that my dog has never yelped like that before and they reassured me several times that the dog is just scared and she’s not hurt, they didn’t cut the quick and she wasn’t bleeding. I kept insisting this isn’t normal and they kept saying sometimes dogs change.\n\nThe original groomer didn’t stop a single time to comfort my dog or even check to see if the nail was bleeding. She never tried to calm my dog down or check in with me on whether this was expected.\n\nOn check out, I raised again that this was not normal behaviour for my dog and she has come here several times and never yelped so loudly or for so long. I was reassured that my dog was okay, and that the groomer had said she didn’t cut the quick.\n\nI assumed it was my own nervousness as a new dog owner but when I got home and checked, I found that the nail on her back paw was bleeding. My dog is not in terrible pain but I couldn’t believe how much I was disregarded and how many times they had told me she wasn’t bleeding without even checking.\n\nI called back and was offered sincere apologies and a refund from the groomer that assisted, I am grateful for his consideration. But I am extremely frustrated that the original groomer did not give any consideration to my tripod’s comfort, was not careful in performing a service that is probably done with hundreds of dogs a week, and has made my dog terrified of any activity around her paws. The entire reason I pay $33 for the service every month instead of doing it myself at home is to ensure it’s done properly and without scaring my dog. I am still so frustrated and would like to know the name of the groomer that worked on my dog.
