Huge thank you to Casey for making my dog's year! I noticed this store sold the same brand of a toy (Fluff n Tuff) my dog had before we lost the toy..\nCasey went out of her way and checked other locations to find the Otter toy for us. Customer service was amazing and my dog is so happy to have the otter toy again.

This is some of the best service I have ever had in my life. There were 3 total workers and I definitely looked distressed with my 2 dogs. One older having hip problems the other 6 months old and running me in circles.\n\nMegan immediately asked if she could help, I told her my situation of puppy having separation anxiety and just all that goes along with it. She recommended several options but ultimately recommend this product in the image. My dog already loves there balls so I went for it. They gave me a few sampler treats to try for the puppy but took into consideration my older dogs allergies. Their whole team was great. They didn’t encourage the bad behavior, understood I had my own medical issue on my lower back and walked the 6mo around the store to allow me to shop a little more. They helped desensitize them by asking to give treats to them and I just asked so long as they behaved and did basic tricks they could have treats. My 6mo had an accident in the car and they offered to get me some disposable materials to take care of it.\n\nHonestly, they were so amazing and understanding I was so thankful. They recommended some broth to put into the treat and freeze so I’m giving that a shot! My 6mo was so anxious I tore open the packaging and put treats in it to help. 40 min drive home it occupied her for 25 min.\n\nThank you so much!

This store is amazing. Not only do they have plenty of cool products for animals, a lot of which appear to be artisan made, but the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell everyone who works there really cares about the well being of the customers and their pets. I brought my young cat into the store in a bag, but before i could check out he had an accident. Caycie (i’m sorry if i spelled your name wrong i’m pretty bad with names 😢😢) noticed that I was missing from the store and politely helped me when she found me in the stores bathroom. She used lots of products to help clean up my bag and ensured that it was safe and clean for my cat. And after all of that she didn’t even want a tip, they said they do that because “they’re amazing” which is very true. I felt extremely safe and understood in this store and I’m definitely coming back :)

Everytime I go into shop for my doggy the gentlemen that works there is absolutely AMAZING! He is incredibly helpful, kind, very patient with me and all my crazy questions. Even though he's an emplyee he will give me an 💯# honest answer. Good or bad , it doesn't matter. You can tell when someone actually cares about the well being of your pet and to be honest, thats rare. I feel that the stores just want to get the product sold. The last 2 times I've shopped there he was super generous and let me get some samples of the doggy ice-cream and some of the treats by the pound. Id it works I will go back to purchase. Some of the products can be spendy, however I'll always shop here. Thank you sur for all the help you give me.
