Thank you Daniela for taking care of our toy poodle, Peanut. Peanut came in with 4 inch fur and some puppy dreads. Daniela took time to ask questions about what type of cut we expect with her fur length and her paws.\n\n3hrs later, we came back and I was very much pleased and happy with Peanuts hair cut. 😀 I'm definitely booking another groom sess with Daniela. Thanks again for getting the dread under her eyes and near her legs.

Online ordering is easy and convenient. However, there always seems to be an issue with the app — even when I select curbside pickup, I end up having to go into the store because it doesn’t process correctly. Phone calls aren’t always picked up, which can be frustrating. That said, the in-store staff are always friendly and helpful once I’m there.

They mysteriously placed items in the clearance bins but charged regular price for… 3 separate occasions now? When confronted, they simply said the items were misplaced. Not just a single item either - sometimes it’s a basket of things that gets “misplaced.” During the holidays? Sure, understandable. It’s February now. I let it go the first 2 times, but it’s becoming ridiculous.

We’re so happy with the amazing job Cole did grooming our dog, Rosy! Cole has such a kind and soothing presence, which is exactly what our nervous girl needed. When I picked her up, Cole took the time to make sure we were happy with the length around her ears and chest—just as we had requested, which was incredibly thoughtful. It’s such a relief to have found someone we can truly trust with Rosy’s care going forward. Thank you, Cole!

The animals all come from mills. Just like puppy mills. But while puppy mills have been banned, law makers do not care about reptiles and fish.\n\nPlease adopt, don't shop. Don't support animal abuse. Go to Pacific Northwest Aquatics and Exotics Rescue in Tacoma and adopt some of their wonderful reptiles and fish. It's a great organization, and you will end up with a healthier animal.
