We have been bringing our 15 year old Aussie here for a couple years now. Karen goes above and beyond to make sure his senior needs are met. She will let him take a nap so he’s not standing too long. She has taken the time to get to know all about him. She makes sure he is comfortable and loved the entire visit. We appreciate Karen so much. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Rodeo!!

I was very pleased with the service here! They were friendly and kind. They were also very good with my pup. They did a great job grooming her. Would definitely recommend. 😁

PAY ATTENTION TO RECENT REVIEWS. IT SEEMS THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL VERY FAST.\n\nI was referred by a realtor before moving to a nearby city. Very pleased with Denise and her attention to detail and she REALLY listened to me and my questions, comments and concerns. It's clear that she enjoys what she does and it reflects in how she treats the humans as well as the animals she expertly grooms. Thank you, Denise Rose. Getting ready this morning to bring my Pearl in for grooming. ❤

My doodle was in for over 3.5/4 hours and still not completed due to the staff not receiving their paychecks. The employees didnt want to work for free and i cant blame them, too much. They charged me less for the incomplete job, but wouldn't do the most important part of the groom--his sanitary clip.\nEmployees deserve their pay, and customers deserve to get the services they book and pay for.

Very disappointed with dog's haircut. They have no experience with puppies. I have a 4 month old shih poo and they completely buzzed his sanitary areas and left the rest of hair long plus buzzed half of his back legs. It turned out that I paid them $50 to screw up my dog. Not going here ever again nor do I recommend this place.
