There needs to be a ten star rating for Big Valley Pet Resort. This business is one in a million, maybe one in a billion.\nThe staff is so kind and wonderful. My Collie absolutely loves staying here and being so loved.\nThe dog bathing and grooming is first rate and a bargain.\nI gladly drive to Big Valley from Port Townsend, approximately a thirty five minute drive. There is absolutely nothing in Port Townsend or Sequim that compares in any way whatsoever.

Big Valley Pet Resort is a truly exceptional boarding and grooming facility that has earned our utmost trust. For the past 9.5 years, we have been fortunate enough to have our beloved dogs groomed and boarded here, including extended stays of over 10 days. The staff is remarkably caring, dedicated, and takes the time to understand the unique needs of each pet in their care. Their grooming staff is exceptionally attentive and gentle with all pets, striving to making them feel loved. Thank you Big Valley for being a home away from home for our 7 beloved dogs through the years!

Big Valley Pet Resort is the best place around to bring your four/legged family members! Our Golden Retriever loves going there, all of the staff members are kind, loving, and attentive to all of the animals in their care. Our guy gets plenty of playtime, care, and attention when he stays there. And they offer so many services: kennel stays, grooming, doggie daycare AND obedience training!! My dog and I just took the Impulse Control and Door Manners class with on-staff expert Gideon. It was outstanding! Gideon is a guru of dog training, and he provided outstanding (and easy) routines, advice, and tips on managing your dog’s behavior. My pup is overly energetic, so the lessons have made a world of difference in his behavior at home.\n\nBig Valley Pet Resort is THE place to bring your pet! And do not hesitate to call and sign up for the Obedience Training Class for your pup! It’s fantastic!!

We love Big Valley Pet Resort Grooming! We had a previous bad experience at a different groomer and Big Valley went out of their way to make sure our dog (and me!) were comfortable. The first time there the groomer sat on the floor and played with our dog to help ease any anxiety. Years later, we are still here- happy, satisfied customers! Thank you Big Valley!!

We’ve boarded our dogs at Big Valley for several years, and the experience couldn’t be better. Our dogs love it - they literally run right in and don’t look back. They get tons of play time, administering meds is no problem, and the staff care for them like they were their own. We feel lucky to have found such a great place for our girls to go when we travel.
