We have been using Paradise Pet Lodge for several years now, and boarding our pup here gives us peace of mind.\n\nOur high-energy dog loves it here and is always excited when we arrive and happy when we pick her up. We live in West Seattle, but drive there for boarding because we trust them completely. Our dog becomes too wound up if she plays with dogs all day in a group. We like that we can choose her activities during her stay so she can play, but not be overstimulated in a group.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. STAY AWAY!!\nCascade Kennels recommended this place when they were booked for the holidays. My friend had warned me about this place, her dog came home with a nasty case of kennel cough after staying here, but I took a chance because I needed something last minute.\nWhat a HUGE mistake! They notified me via email 5 days into the stay that one of my dogs had diarrhea since day 2. I picked them up on the 6th day to find my dog not ONLY with diarrhea but also with a SEVERE case of pneumonia. I had to go to the kennel space to coax my other dog out of his cage, he was shaking and had clearly been traumatized and had NOT been let out for a break for at least a day (but I paid for a walk that I doubt even happened).\n\nI ended up taking my sick dog into emergency care to get treatment and she's still not improving. They also took apart my other dog 's bed to 'wash' it (not my request) and promptly lost the foam insert, giving me only the cover back.\nI called several times to ask about it (they never called me) and was told after 5 days that they had finally found it.\n\nI live an hour from this place, so it's not a convenient trip.\nNaturally I was upset when I got there and realized it was NOT my dog bed insert. They took the cover and tried to shove in this other insert into it and pawn it off as the original. This pad was much too large and was made of thinner, cheaper material than the original. When I refused to accept this as my original dog bed, I was told it was 'at my own risk' to bring my dog bedding, even though THEY chose to wash it and they refused to pay for the full replacement cost , the old woman with grey hair threw $30 cash onto the counter and her sour, nonchalant attitude was uncalled for.\nThese people have NO BUSINESS running a dog facility, I hope my dog doesn't DIE from their neglect and abuse while under their 'care'.

This was our first time boarding our dog at a dog resort and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to use paradise pet lodge. We had heard great reviews of the pet lodge and because of our dogs older age and health issues we no longer wanted to rely on friends and family. Paradise did an awesome job making sure our pup was taken care of and his multiple medications were administered. He came home happy and looking great. He had some diarrhea one day and paradise kept an eye on it and administered pumpkins puree which I appreciated. Additionally they cleaned him when he accidentally got some doo doo on his butt. I would no doubt use paradise again for our future pet boarding needs. Only thing is I wish they had more small suites available- those seem so hard to book!!

First experience having my dog away from me. My dog has reactivity issues and this facility was recommended. I had a business trip to go on and I was nervous about leaving my dog with just anyone.\nI contacted paradise pet lodge and they were very helpful over the phone and email. When we arrived it was a wash check in. My dog was extremely extremely nervous and hid under the counter, the staff helped us get settled in. This was nice and set my mind at ease.\nPrices are very reasonable, you are able to bring 1 toy, bedding, medicine food if you like. They take good care of your pets and provide feedback when you arrive to pick up your pet.\nI look forward to recommending this facility for others who have pets who are stressed, anxious and do not want to be around other dogs. My dog surprised me and she did very well, so grateful. Til next time 🐾🐾❤️

What a wonderful place for a dog! We made an appointment after a very reliable recommendation. Everyone was so nice and our girl looked beautiful!! (Thank you, Sydney!). It was our first time, after a truly bad cut elsewhere and we couldn't have been happier!!
