Very friendly staff, amazing communication. You move in they give you a paper that you inspect the apartment we complained about the toilet and they fixed it within 2 days. So far we enjoy living here, friendly community and very safe.

I would like to say the whole move in process was easy and user friendly, it made it such a good experience especially since it was my first time getting an apartment. As far as the unit and property it was a great, the unit was updated and renovated and looked amazing on move in, there was some minor damages and things that didn’t work, but it’s not a big deal as it’s something that can get fixed soon, and I’m hoping the repairs isn’t something that takes too long to get fixed but I have good hopes for this place! I want to thank Maria and the staff in the office for a great first impression!

If you value your sanity and hard-earned money, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This place is a nightmare wrapped in a lease agreement if I could give them 0 stars I would they deserve no stars.\n\nLiving here has been nothing short of a constant headache. The rent is outrageously overpriced for the bare-minimum conditions you’re given. For starters, the bathroom consistently has mold issues even with ventilation. The area behind the toilet stayed leaking and molding throughout the lease not only the bathroom all the appliances are hella old and stay having issues. Windows molding even carpet like what the hell….Maintenance? They show up when they feel like it and offer a “quick fix” that never actually solves the problem.\n\nAs for management, the communication is practically nonexistent. When it’s time to renew your lease, don’t expect anyone to check if your appliances are functioning, or if anything in your unit needs repair—they don’t care. But the moment you move out, suddenly they’re interested in fixing everything they neglected and have the audacity to send you the bill for it.\n\nIt’s truly impressive how little regard they have for the comfort or well-being of tenants. If you’re looking for peace of mind and basic human decency, this is not the place for you. Easily the worst rental experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone ever.not even my worst enemy

I read all the negative reviews before I moved in and thought people were just overreacting. HOWEVER they are not. This place told me when I moved out that everything looked good and they would pay for my cleaning fee at move out since they had WRONGFULLY TOWED MY CAR COSTING OVER 500$ TO GET OUT, and that only a light bulb was needed for replacement. THEN when I hadn't gotten my deposit I emailed them and they reminded me it would take 30 days post move out to get it. THREE MONTHS LATER I emailed again and was told I dont get my deposit back due to services need for repairs. DO NOT RENT HERE.
