Karra did a amazing job on our high energy doodle puppy, it was his second visit with her and I definitely think we found our 4ever groomer! She was so experienced and welcoming, our pup just loves her if I could give her 10 stars I would

Update to our review. The groomers handling of our dogs was reckless and Olive My Grooming is attempting to charge us a $50 fee despite the fact that no services were rendered.\n\nToday, we had an appointment for Mao Mao and Wang Wang with a groomer we had not met before. When we arrived, Wang Wang had an accident on the floor. We immediately offered to clean it up ourselves so the groomer could take the dogs back, but she refused, and instead spent about 30 minutes in the lobby cleaning. During this time, Wang Wang became increasingly nervous. She has loose stool when she is anxious, and waiting in the lobby with the rain outside only made it worse, which resulted in additional accidents.\n\nAfter everything was cleaned up, we explained that Mao Mao and Wang Wang need to be kept in separate stalls, as they sometimes step on each other. Despite this, the groomer grabbed both dogs and pulled them together roughly toward the back. Mao Mao could have seriously hurt Wang Wang, and I was especially concerned with how roughly they were being handled. Still, we were trying to give the new groomer a chance.\n\nShortly after, we were called back and told we would need to take Wang Wang home because of the loose stool. At that point, the appointment for the contacted service for both dogs to be groomed in the same session was effectively cancelled. The groomer then told us we would still be charged $50, even though she was cancelling the appointment.\n\nWe attempted to resolve this directly with Olive My Grooming’s management. However, they insisted on charging a $50 fee even though the service we contracted for, grooming of both dogs, was not provided. We do not believe it is reasonable to pay a fee for services that were not rendered, especially when the cancellation decision was made by the business and not by us.\n\nWe will be switching to a new grooming salon.

Took my rough collie here - he’s not the biggest fan of grooming, and he was overdue for a good thorough groom. OMG took great care of him! They communicated well and did such a good job working through his coat and doing the trim I requested (just a sanitary trim, nothing too crazy). I will be bringing him here again, for sure 😊
