I take my dog here for boarding, daycare and grooming. The staff love our boy and talk about him like he was their own. They tell me little stories each time so I know he doesn't get lost in the shuffle. I like that they have a Webcam so I can check in and watch my pup play. The grooming is fantastic, whenever we elect for grooming his coat is SO soft. Way softer than the Burt's Bees that I use at home. I highly reccomend Citydog! Club if your dog is up for it. I know it's not for every dog... but mine LOVES it!

Waited in the lobby for 20 mins. Had to call the store phone just to get someone up front

I’ve been bringing my dog, Luna, to City Dog Club for grooming for the past four years. We originally started at this location, then switched to the Ballard location when Courtney was grooming there. When Ballard closed and Courtney moved back to this location, we happily followed her.\n\nCourtney is fantastic. She takes the time to talk through exactly what I want, is thoughtful with Luna, and consistently does a beautiful job. Luna always comes home looking adorable. I also love the report card they send home with cute photos and notes — such a thoughtful touch that makes the experience feel extra special.\n\nA few years ago, I did run into some scheduling frustrations at this location, which is why we initially switched. However, I haven’t experienced those issues recently, and everything has been smooth since returning.
