Great place to get your pup cleaned and clipped. Very nice people here.

We’ve been bringing our 3 dogs here for nail/sanitary trims for awhile now and love the Paw Spa. It’s clean, prices are very reasonable, easy parking right out front and the walk-in service available on Thursday evening is so convenient. Employees are the best and really stand out. They’re warm, welcoming and caring people who always remember our dog’s names, are excellent with the dogs and do a wonderful job. Our 3 are rescues and not great around other dogs; employees are really understanding and helpful by allowing us to keep the dogs in the car versus waiting outside; this small accommodation makes it so much more enjoyable for the dogs and they actually look forward to coming. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and are 100% confident in recommending Paw Spa.

I used to bring my animals in here quite frequently, but the quality of service has gotten so bad that it’s no longer worth it. Earlier today I brought my dog in and the guy out front straight-up lied to my face about cleaning his ears and clipping his nails. I asked him if he was the one that gave him the bath, de-shedding, etc., to which he said “yes.”Then I proceeded to ask him why he told me he cleaned my dog’s ears if he didn’t, to which he replied, “Oh, I thought somebody else did it.” It was clear as day that his ears had not been cleaned and his nails had not been done, but all I got were excuses from two of the employees. Needless to say, I will never take any of my animals back here, and I would encourage anyone reading this to be highly skeptical of any work that they *claim* to do. This business is, unfortunately, completely dishonest and a scar on the face of local commerce.
