I’ve been a customer for many years and had consistently positive experiences in the past. Since the ownership change, I’ve noticed significant differences in pricing, the rewards program, and overall customer experience.\n\nWith three dogs visiting twice a month, costs add up quickly. Basic services are routinely over $90 per visit (not including tip), and the rewards program is complicated enough that it doesn’t yield rewards. Many visits are over $100 due to mandatory add-ons.\n\nI’m also concerned about communication around grooming instructions. On one occasion, my Labradoodle was nearly shaved down because instructions were misunderstood, yet the charge was still over $80. That experience and many others reduced my confidence.\n\nI shared these concerns but they were not addressed. Posting this review so others who value clear communication and predictable pricing can take it into consideration.

I came in to find something for my friend's dog. What an amazing selection of handcrafted cookies in every conceivable design and shape! The spa was busy full of doggies getting pretty and clean while I looked at pet supplies and gift cards for pet sitters. I finally settled on cookies that looked like a birthday cake and a hamburger!\nVan accessible free parking in parking lot shared with other venues.

Mercedes is so wonderful with my little guy. She really takes great care of Winston and handles him beautifully. He is stubborn and she takes it in stride. Today was a particularly good spa day. Thank you for taking such good care to make him look his best!

My dog sucks at getting baths. Not only does he suck at getting baths, he sucks at getting baths on an A+ level. To be honest, he kinda sucks at anything that requires sitting still for more than 30 seconds.\n\nWoof Gang has been great with my dog despite this. His most recent bath apparently was even worse than normal. They were so polite in telling me of the issue and how to manage it going forward should I use their services. They were kind about how wound up he gets (it’s ok, I know, I have to live with him), and how it affects their ability to do their job.\n\nDespite his poor performance, Longo still came home looking like a million bucks and smelling like some kind of flower I can’t quite identify.\n\nI highly recommend their grooming services and I’m sorry for not getting the name of whoever I spoke to today!\n\nPhoto attached for reference (yes he did sprint off after I took it and yes I did have a treat in my hand).

The first impression counts a lot! When I called to inquire about services, Pedro was very caring about my kid dog and knowledgeable. He has excellent customer service skills. I booked the appointment and brought my little princess in for a full pampering bath. They did an excellent job! They took excellent care of her, and she was so happy she even was singing when they were taking care of her. They told me. When I picked her up, she was happy. All the staff are very nice and caring. My kid dog is very clean and smells so good! Her nails were very well trim. I love it! Thank you so much! We need more caring people like you guys in places like this where we bring our dog kids to pamper them!! You can book your appointments for your dogs kid here, you won't regret it! And they are open on Sundays! I am so happy with their service, I booked her next appointment. 😍\nExcellent job and service, Wolf Gang!
