I took my puppy for his first ever grooming and he looks so good! He came out looking like a different dog. His fur is so soft and he smells amazing! Highly recommend! I will be going back for all his grooming needs!

We took one of our dogs to Windy City Pet Parlor for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and they did a fantastic job with grooming our dog. We have already booked an appointment for our other dog and will continue going to Windy City Pet Parlor for our dogs grooming services.

Tried to give Chibi a home grooming and couldn't get near her face. She walked around for weeks looking like half of her was dipped in Nair. Took her to Windy City Pet Parlor, they worked their magic and turned her into an adorable princess! She has been there twice and both times were a wonderful experience. It's great to have a reliable place with an amazing staff to take her.

My two dogs hate getting their nails trimmed and Alyssa is great with them. She is very gentle and has a way of calming them down. The salon is clean and the groomers are friendly and caring. I highly recommend this salon.
