This is the best Nas has ever looked in his whole 6 yrs. Kelly did a fantastic job. He won’t stop posing for his picture to be taken! Thank you!

Bianca does an incredible job grooming our rather nervous dog Jade. We struggle to even give Jade ear drops, and somehow Bianca manages to give her beautiful haircuts. Here's how stunning she looked on our wedding day after Bianca gave her a special pre-wedding haircut. We are forever grateful to Bianca and the whole Sydnee's staff.

I was so excited about this place because its close to home and also crate free so I took my dog there twice but it looks like I will have to look for a new grooming place after the second time.\nThe 1st time they did a pretty good job and the dog was ready for a pick up after little over 2 hours but the 2nd time it took 4 hours and the fur between the pads of his paws was not removed which is crucial for the dogs of this kind Shih Tzu mix as it can cause safety and hygiene issues and it is supposed to be removed during full style grooming service. When I called to mention it the next day the groomer Christine acted surprised and said she forgot and offered to fix it. So I had to take him back there and the dog was very stressed out and crying while I was waiting for him having it fixed and I was very surprised when we got home and I realized that everything was pretty much the same maybe just a little bit shorter.\nI was also charged $85 both times for a small dog full grooming service with no add on services plus credit card surcharge but their website says $75 and when I mentioned it the 2nd time they said they raised their prices in store but had not updated online which means they haven't done so for least 5 months now because I took my dog there 1st time in July and now its November and it still says $75 on their website...

Bianca crushes it with Cooper! He came out looking fresh, clean, and happier than ever. She paid attention to every detail, treated him with so much care, and honestly did one of the best grooming jobs he’s ever had.\n\nIf you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and makes your pup feel comfortable, go to Bianca. Absolutely killer job! Cooper and I couldn’t be happier. 🐶💯
