I would not recommend living here. The old management was wonderful & the new management in charge now is rude. They add random charges to your bill & act clueless, their portal is confusing. There is one man who is helpful & other than that the other people who work here are not helpful. The property manager Marianna treats you horribly if you are late, has no compassion & won’t treat you with respect, is very cold & hateful. We have been hung up on & even ignored many times. I’ve lived here for 5 years & this new management has made me & my family ready to leave what we once called home. Please do not waste your time here.

I just moved in recently, and I'm so grateful for the way Sarahy treated us throughout the entire leasing process. She was super friendly, attentive, and always available to answer any questions we might have. I'm grateful that she helped us and provided a quick process. We feel very at ease in these new apartments.

This place was great, until the new management took over. Changing the portal has caused so many issues. Since we changed over I can no longer pay online. The new portal says I'm not allowed to pay online. Anyone I talk to in the office multiple times about fixing it but they've said that it's been a website issue and then the website is telling me it's their issue. I don't think anyone from upper management has been contacted and I'm getting fed up with not being able to use the app, which I also can't pay through. In which lead me to drop off a check in the 'rent check drop box' and later received a notice about my payment not being made when they had clearly not checked the box before sending the note, communication issue. I'm meet with either incompetence or general uncaring. Nothing has been done about it for 6 months. And saw another post someone complaining about a dog barking they were threatened about the dog and being yelled at. What we can't make noise during the day since when, kids, animals make noises. If it during the day get over it. SO OVER YOUR PORTAL ISSUES.

I’ve lived here for 18 years, and overall it’s been a great experience. Of course, no place is ever perfect, but any issues that have come up have always been addressed in a timely and professional way. The management and staff have consistently been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference. This has been a comfortable, reliable home for nearly two decades, and I truly appreciate the community here.

I've lived here 4 years and will be leaving at the end of my lease term. Over the 4 years while not the nicest place, it was the best cheapest apartment I could find. The carports and storage are great. The old mangment was great, maintenance guys on site always fantastic, I have no complaints only praise for pricilla and Alfredo and his guys. Unfortunately they are gone. This new management company is AWFUL. From the way they treat their elderly and disabled residents to their illiterate communication IF you receive any communication at all. They tape notices to your door weeks after the date on the paper, leaving only days to make major decisions. They will not communicate any other way than taping documents to doors so it seems. They changed how to pay rent and never notified residents how to pay. Changes with utility payments not conveyed accurately. Weponized incompetence from a management company is unacceptable and I fear for the remaining residents. BEWARE.
