We have used Bee at Home for 3+ years to assist with elder care for my Dad, Mother, and Grandmother - without a doubt they are wonderful, easy to work with, extremely flexible / accommodating, and caring folks. We continue to use them on a weekly basis for the characteristics stated. Mark and his staff are genuine, compassionate and knowledgeable in this space and have been immensely helpful to me to navigate a very challenging period of time for our family here in NC.

Bee at Home was great to work with in caring for my mom during the week while my husband and I worked. Mark was great to work with in accommodating our ever changing schedules. He was always very quick to respond via phone or email and communication was seamless. During the initial assessment they were able to identify ways to assign care for my mom that best suited her unique situation - which we were very grateful for. I always asked mom how her day was when I got home and she always reported having a great day - this meant the world to us. As her health declined and her independence decreased - Bee at Home made sure the care she was receiving continued to be appropriate for her. I highly recommend Bee at Home for any in-home care needs you may have - even if you aren’t exactly sure what you are looking for - it’s worth giving them a call to see how they may be able to help. Fantastic company that truly cares for their clients.

Quality Customer Service, we are so blessed to have Bee at Home Health Care. The caregiver, was excellent at assisting my husband with mobility and preventing falls. She made him laugh and brighten his morning!

Bee at Home has been a part of my family for at least 4 years. Mark, the owner, is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He is very knowledgeable about Home Health. He is very caring, compassionate and attentive to my mom's needs. His caregivers are phenomenal and are always patient and kind to my 85 year old mom who has Parkinson's. Mark goes ABOVE & BEYOND! My family and I are so appreciative of Mark and his staff. We DEFINITELY recommend Bee at Home to anyone who is in need of In-home care.
