A squirrel was trying to make a calm, casual (yet determined) entrance as I was leaving. A kind employee blocked the doorway so I could slip out behind her. If the squirrel ever makes it inside, the vibe will definitely shift. For better or worse depends on how you feel about woodland dining companions.\n\nService: 5/5 stars.\nThe staff were genuinely kind and helpful. My pick-up order was ready in under 10 minutes.\n\nFood: 4/5 stars.\nThe lime cilantro dressing was way too spicy for me. I’m glad I taste-tested it on the side — otherwise that salad would have been a loss. **The dressing absolutely needs a chili pepper icon as a warning label.**\n\nThe chicken was solid, and the avocado and greens were fresh with generous portions. Overall, a good first MAD Greens experience — just approach that dressing (and perhaps the door) with caution. I’ll be returning.

5 stars for this MAD Greens! The tables are always clean, the ingredients are fresh and well-stocked, and even when it gets busy the crew keeps smiling and moving fast. The whole place feels welcoming and well-run. Shoutout to manager Kelly for setting the bar high!

I have been coming to the Mad Greens Denver Art Museum for years, and this review is long overdue! This is where I wish I could give more than 5 Stars. It should be 10! I appreciate the level of professionalism and cleanliness at this location. It shows that they have a "team" mentality, and listen to guests. It's always been consistent, and they have DAIRY FREE OPTIONS which us dairy free folks tend to often get overlooked; so it's nice to know they can accommodate DF. They make it a point to hit all dietary restrictions. Kelly the Manager is especially efficient, and her hard work is proven in the product, presentation, and performance of her staff. She ultimately is responsible for keeping this place perfect, and you can tell the ownership and the pride she takes in delivering a great experience whether dine in, take out, or catering. This remains to be one my favorite go to spot in the Golden Triangle, such a cute setting for lunch!

Food was delicious as always! The staff were courteous, though it felt like they were rushing us a bit. I get that there was a line, but I don’t think most of us mind waiting — especially if the team is friendly and engaging with everyone. It was also a little odd that there wasn’t a self-serve ice or soda dispenser, but their teas and fruit drinks were excellent!

Their salads really are amazing. I like the Pancho Villa. Their drink bar is super nice. You can get wine/beer and your usual variety of coffees and teas. The waits can be long depending on what time of the day you go, but they keep things moving.
