Very nice apartments. Excellent location. Very nice management and staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Would have Loved to moved there. But was unable to due to my dog being a restricted breed in Denver. I would Highly recommend these apartments. Rhyan was Fantastic...

This location is definitely a top contender! The office staff is extremely helpful and available for questions. It’s a clean community that appears well taken care of! Bailey, Nicole and Rhyan were helpful and kind, definitely check out IMT at City Park if your apartment hunting 🏡

Hopefully the address and the name is matching. IMT At City Park / 1620 Fillmore St, Bldg 2\nAs a professional delivery driver, my experience at this complex on September 30, 2025, was extremely disappointing and frustrating due to the on-site staff's attitude and lack of professionalism.\nI encountered a woman working in the building in or near the package/mailing room—who was actively rude and confrontational during two separate interactions:\n* Entry: When she let me through a locked door to the package area, her hostile hand gestures and verbal tone made it clear she resented having to assist me. After opening the door she walked away saying nasty and unprofessional things. Note: I have the code to enter the building and locker room and if she is not allowed to let me in I get it and I will find a way to get into the locker room with the code provided by customer or I can also get it from my employer.\n* Exit: Upon trying to exit the garage, I briefly paused to figure out the unfamiliar sensor mechanism. The same staff member forcefully and rudely told me to move out of her way, showing zero patience or courtesy. Again saying inappropriate things.\n\nManagement must ensure that delivery drivers are treated with professional courtesy and respect. This level of rudeness is unacceptable for anyone in a customer-facing role or at least while at work.\nLogistically, the garage exit is confusing for non-residents. Staff need to be properly trained to both behave professionally not with just tenants but other people such has delivery drivers too.

The best part of this place is the location. It’s amazing being by City Park. Other than that, our 3+ years started out great and persistently got worse and worse. Our packages were stolen on multiple occasions and my husband’s car got broken into 5+ times in the secured lower garage. The response we got was essentially “ it’s not our problem.” The hot tub was filled in without a word to the residents (an amenity we paid for) but the ultimate issue was noise from units above. If you complain about an issue, nothing gets done except for you being made out to the problem. This experience here was very disheartening. Especially after we declined to sign for another year and saw that our same unit was going for less than our resign was - we had lived there for 3+ years. They don’t care about their residents, just turning a profit.

Courtney was friendly and efficient. She not only took care of my original issues, but went above and beyond. She glued loose laminate back in place on my bathroom drawer and brought me touch up paint.
