Great place to have your dog groomed ! Easy quick booking . The groomer did a fantastic job, and acted like she actually liked her job ! A refreshing change ! Highly recommend !

This is the best place to take your fur babies for the day, or for an overnight stay too. They also have a grooming service that is top notch. We take our two pups there every chance we get.\nThey have CCTV so you can check on your loved ones which is super convenient. They also get a report card and photo at the end of the day. Super flexible with drop off and pick up. They also learn who you and your pup are quickly so you get personal greetings when you stop in.\nI definitely recommend them.

The whole staff at Bowhaus - Erie are amazing!!! They take great care of my dog, have called to let me know about issues as soon as they arise and are always genuinely excited to see my dog.\nAbsolutely will continue to use them for my boarding, daycare and grooming needs.

Great place, great people, great fun! When I go out of town, I have peace of mind boarding my dog there. When he goes to Bowhaus Day Camp, it's obvious he has had a busy day. You can tell by how tired he is when we get home.

Put my dog (a Labrador) in boarding for 3 days back in 2023 while on a trip and came back to find out that his stomach didn’t feel good at some point and he shit everywhere. When we went to pick up him up, he was covered in his own dried poop and smelled awful. I never received any call to update me on what was going on or anything I could have them do. They just charged me and sent him home the way he was.
