We booked our dog, Frankie, for a quick mountain trip yet forgot to check the weekend drop off hours which differ from the weekday hours. I was able to reach staff through IM and they came in early so we could drop Frankie off and hit the road. Be sure to check drop off hours. Frankie is always happy when we pick him up and minus the four hour breaks between when humans are there and the smell of the building, we are happy with RR.

When we travel, our husky stays at Rover Retreat for boarding. He is always excited when we arrive and they take great care of him. Love getting pictures of him sent to me during his stay. Recommended!

Our 11 year old Weimaraner started day care last week. I was completely nervous about the new experience. The staff was so attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions over email very quickly. Our baby had a wonderful day and we even got pictures of her during the day! Looking forward to having her go back weekly!

Roxie loves going to daycare at Rover Retreat once a week. She has friends to play with, and a staff that loves her, and takes good care of her.

At Rover Retreat they have taken such great care of my dog. I always know he is in good hands when he’s in daycare, enrichment activities, or being boarded. Love this place and the staff is amazing.
