Shylo is amazing! We've been taking our dog there for the past year or so. Staff are all wonderful and our dog comes home happy and tired. One great benefit; they take lots of photos which can be found on their Facebook site (see photo below). Super highly recommended!

We have been sending our Bernese Mountain Dog to Shylo for years and he loves it!! Bobby is the kindest, most wonderful person and I feel so comfortable knowing our dog is in his and the team’s care. They take such incredible care of him. I can tell because of how easily and happily he hops into the shuttle when he gets picked up. The shuttle service makes our lives so much easier and they always do a fantastic job with his grooming before return. Demi and Steve make scheduling a breeze and they are always transparent, proactively communicating with us if a dog has contracted an illness while staying there (which is super rare!). We can’t recommend Shylo enough!!

We’ve had great success with Shylo - now on our 3rd dog who has boarded here. The pics they post of your dogs are hilarious and make you understand how much fun your pets have here.

Our experience with Shylo was nothing short of amazing! From the communication before hand about boarding our dog who can be a little timid with other dogs to the pictures that we got to see of him on their Facebook page. They were amazing!! I would recommend anybody to them! Thank you Shylo for creating a wonderful experience for us and our boy! 💙

This was our first ever boarding experience for our 2 babies and we could not be happier with how well it went. They were so well taken care of and we loved the daily Facebook photos. They came home healthy, happy and exhausted. We’ll be back!
