I just boarded my 3 pigs for 9 days and they had a lovely time! The owner was very nice and professional. I asked for multiple pics of my pigs throughout my trip and she always delivered right away.

Shannon has been amazing with my baby pigs! Her attention to detail and care are unmatched. When weather got too bad because of snow, she was able to accommodate my girls for an extra night on short notice. So grateful for Cavy Care!!🐹❤️

Absolutely wonderful experience! I’m a newer skinny pig owner and when I found out I had to leave town for a week just 6 weeks after getting him, I was slightly panicked since I wasn’t sure my friends could handle the task haha. I googled Guinea pig boarding and couldn’t believe just 40 minutes away, one existed!\n\nLovely experience from start to finish! Shannon was wonderful, and felt so comforted my boy Ben was in good hands. I was also pleasantly surprised that upon his return home he has been more vocal than ever and treating us to lots of zoomies and popcorn’s! 😍

Cavy Care is such a great rescue, can't say enough good things about this place! Super clean with plenty of space for the pigs and Shannon is super nice and knowledgeable about guinea pigs. I adopted a buddy for my pig from Cavy Care in early June and she even gave me some natural tips that helped my current pig with a arthritic leg he has.\n\nShannon is so, so kind and helpful. You can immediately tell that she really cares about these pigs and making sure they all find good homes. Again, can't recommend Cavy Care enough if you're looking to adopt a guinea pig! :)\n\n(Still a bit bad about learning to stay still for the camera, haha but here's slightly blurry a pic of the new pig, Wrex)

I would not buy from here we were trying to adopt from here and they were extremely rude to not only me but also my daughter. Their whole issue was the fact that my 20 almost 21 year old daughter put one phone number now for her father. They did call my husband and he did not have time to get back to them so when I called today 9/7/25 I was trying to finish up the adoption process for her and the lady told me that my daughter was starting to become sketchy with her application. When I went to ask for a manager i was hung up on and they closed her adoption application before we even had the chance to do anything over the phone. I would not recommend this place to adopt your guinea pig from. The older lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and does not even let you try and explain any thing to her. Again I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM CAVY CARE INC GUINEA PIT RESCUE AND BOARDING!!!!!!!!!!
