The worst. Let's talk about the blower at the end? Is that really the highest it can blow water off the car? My car was soaked coming out. Absolutely the worst. It didn't get any of the water off the car.

Arrived shortly after 11:00 a day after rain and of course expected the location to be busy. What I did not expect was to find three of the four bays closed and a long line waiting for the single available bay. It took an hour for a barely adequate automatic wash. This is my regular location and I drive by regularly. I can not remember a single time when all four bays were available.\n\nOur time is valuable; I'm seriously considering canceling my monthly membership and looking elsewhere.

It’s always broken. Drying, never works, there’s ice that builds up outside the doors cause no one’s cars get dried. Which is a shame. Great location, but nothing works. Long lines, always bays down. I’m never coming back.

The customer service here is beyond good, they are exceptional. I have used them 4 or 5 times with my monthly car wash account. They always are pleasant, fix your issues quickly, and answer your questions, no matter how trivial in a way that is easy to understand. Many car washes are similar, but Autowash's customer service makes them stand out amongst the others. I voluntarily told them how good their customer service was. They join the ranks of incredible customer service with Discount Tire....simply amazing!!!

Horrible experience! First off every time I try going here there is a 30-45 min wait because only one of their touchless wash bays is open out of the three. Waited 45 mins this time, signed up for a membership at the kiosk, only to have it take my money and FREEZE UP on the screen. Literally had to just drive through because I didn’t want to hold up the line. Complete waste of my time. Will take down my review, if I can be reimbursed for my time. Thank you.
