Cancelled my $60 membership. Removed my old 4 star review. Here’s why: It went from 2 bays being opened all the time, to 1 being open inconsistently. Such that I started questioning even going cause I didn’t want to take the gamble. On the off chance I would go and it was closed, the cherry on top is even if I chose to use the DIY bay, there was always something broken, either dryer isn’t working, high pressure isn’t working, etc… and the dryer in the automatic bays were always inconsistent. Oh and the payment issues, I think I had this happen twice, if in the off chance you use a bay that’s broken, and you realize it and cancel the wash, it doesn’t go back to your membership. They also don’t have a way of reporting a problem through the wash bay itself. why they don’t have that as a button I have no clue, they should allow refunds if you cancel your wash 1 minute in automatically as a member since these problems happen so consistently. I’ve also had to pay for washes multiple times even with my $60 membership, since one of the bays glitched out. It’s really unfortunate cause this place has potential of being the best car wash in all of Colorado. I just don’t think they’re putting enough back into the business anymore. Maintenance is poorly organized. I will say the one thing they do exceptionally well still is their support team, it seems they hire really nice and kind helpful people who are efficient.\n\nThe washes themselves when they work are the best automated car wash I have ever seen. I feel safe putting a nicer car through their washes without messing up the ceramic coat etc…

There bays are CONSTANTLY closed down at every single location. It’s so pointless to drive out of your way to use your $40/month membership just to find a 1 hour+ wait every time. So ridiculous to have that long of a wait for a sub par wash, makes it impossible to get your moneys worth

This was my first time using an auto wash, and I brought in my brand new Tesla. I originally downloaded the app after seeing an ad for a free $25 credit, which I redeemed for points. I came to this location for a self-service wash.\n\nRight away, the app had trouble scanning the QR code on their screen. After finally getting it to work, I selected the high-pressure rinse and then the foam. I foamed my car down and let it dwell, but when I tried to reactivate the wash, the app glitched. It told me I had no more points and pushed me to sign up for the monthly subscription. Since my car was already sitting covered in foam, I reluctantly opted into the subscription so I could rinse it off.\n\nI selected the “8-minute daily wash,” but once again, the app glitched—this time telling me I had already used my free wash for the day. At this point, I had no choice but to pull out my credit card just to get the soap off my car.\n\nOn top of the hassle, after the wash I noticed some kind of soap residue left on the black trim of my brand new car. When I got home, I tried using a microfiber cloth and rubbing alcohol to clean it, but it still hasn’t come off. So now I have permanent staining thanks to Autowash.\n\nOverall, the whole process was frustrating, glitchy, and damaging to my vehicle. I do not recommend them. Honestly, I’ve had better luck with old-school coin washes that don’t come with this kind of hassle.

This place is a waste of time, you could stay home and spray water on your car and do a better job. I have called multiple times and nothing gets done. Auto bays are always closed or they don't work correctly, the self wash no soap, foam gun never works, no water pressure, the air dryer doesn't work, the bays are closed but you don't know until you drive in and read the message on the screen not sure why there isn't a cone blocking the bay so you know. If you talk to the maintenance person he doesn't seem to be worried about it or he doesn't know how to fix it. I've been to 4 other locations and they work great definitely a 4 or 5 star the one on 92nd Ave definitely a rating of zero.

Let me start by saying I love Autowash and think it’s the best place to take your car.\n\nUnfortunately, like other reviews have mentioned, the bay closure rate is high. I’d say it’s a solid 30% of the time. I’m sitting here as we speak, stuck in a line because one bay is closed. My guess is they’ve avoided adding a way to check bay availability because it’ll highlight how common it is, or they don’t want to invest the money. Either way, disappointing.\n\nI cancelled my subscription a year ago or so partly for this reason. Saw the 50% off membership and couldn’t pass it up. Lo and behold, lanes still closed at random!\n\nBumped from 3 stars to 1 after reading the previous reviews and lack of response from the team that runs these locations.
