The owner is so welcoming and helpful. I love that they carry live bugs for reptiles now and her dog Oliver being there today was such a sweet surprise.

Looking for a FUN new “local” pet store?\n\nMeet Alycia Abraham one of the co-owners with Julie Allen, in this quaint new local business “Our Pet Spot.”\n\nLocated in Erie at Hwy 287 and Arapahoe Road in the Safeway center next to Papa Murphy’s\n3331 Arapahoe Rd. suite 25.\n\nAlycia and Julie have assimilated all the trendy brands to meet your pets needs! Raw Rewards, Zukes, Bocce Bakery, Cloud Star, Pup Cakes, Feline Greenies, VetDiet and more!\n\nThe store is “pet friendly” so bring your special friend and check out the “dog wash” along with the frequent washer program! See the photos and how spacious the dog washing area is! Towels and shampoo provided.\n\nThe fresh baked dog treats look like fun for any size dog, provided by The Barkley. Pictures are worth a thousand words, so cute!\n\nAnother unique feature in the store is the availability of worms and grubs for reptiles. Come in and get a fresh worm crop for chickens too!\n\nThere are adorable signs and Christmas treats for any fur baby!\n\nBeing able to share your thoughts with a local owner really does make a difference in your “best friend”experience.\n\nI purchased some cat toys for our kitties and had left them on the counter to put in the stockings. In a short time I heard noise from both cats running on the wood floors. They had knocked down the toy and were playing with it still in the packaging. Yes, they loved the soft materials the toy was constructed with. Early Christmas for them! Greenies with cat nip will be in the stocking now.\n\nNice to see a new business emerge at this time in history! #BuyLocal

Perfect. Sweet service and very quaint. Got my dog a little costume and avocado which he very much enjoys.

This is the WORST pet store I’ve ever been to. By no means should anyone take their pets or purchase ANYTHING from this store. I walked in the other day with my dog and as soon as I walked in a wasn’t welcome but looked at by every employee as if they were angry with me. After finding something I needed to get as I went to check out one of the workers pointed out that my dog wasn’t a purebred? This immediately caught the attention of the other workers where they ALL ganged up and insulted my pup to his face and my face, I was so overwhelmed with humility and rage that I ran out of the store as they all laughed at me yelling things like “don’t come back until your pure like the white race”. Not only did I cry but my dog cried as well (pictured). After reflecting on these comments I will be standing outside protesting this spot and informing people not to buy from their and sharing my experience with any of their potential customers.

I can't say enough great things about Our Pet Spot, especially the manager, Alesha! I've called multiple times, and every interaction with Alesha has been wonderful. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help with any questions I have. Her customer service is top-notch, and it's clear she truly cares about both pets and their owners. I know this is a place that values its customers. Highly recommend!
