Awesome experience! Doc and staff are amazing. My pup, Phil is a very nervous nelly and everyone at all of the sploot locations I have been to (RINO, 9th & Co and now Central Park) are so accommodating and make it so easy for him. It is definitely not easy for them but they go out of their way to make him quick and comfortable! They are truly amazing! Thank you!

We were seen quickly and had a wonderful experience. The clinic was clean, staff were very friendly, and Nurse Alli & Dr Macpherson were incredibly kind and supportive. They answered all of my questions and clearly went over all treatment options and pricing before anything was done, which I really appreciated. Great care and transparency — highly recommend.

I really tried to give Sploot multiple chances, but after repeated issues at the Highlands and Central Park locations, I will not be returning.\n\nMy dog was seen with obvious swelling of and under his eye. There was no exam or eye evaluation, yet I was told it was “probably a bite” and to give Benadryl. Despite calling it a bite, they still suggested a sedated dental exam, even though his mouth was not examined. The swelling worsened overnight, and only after I pushed for antibiotics did he receive real treatment. The doctor texted me the next morning but never responded when I replied.\n\nThis was not the first time we were given incorrect guidance. Last November, Sploot misdiagnosed a foot issue and sent us home with a powder and several products that did nothing. After researching the symptoms myself, I had to request Apoquel, which solved the issue but contradicted their original advice.\n\nI also felt pressured toward unnecessary services and was sold multiple products that turned out to be useless. They are still sitting untouched in my cabinet. After earlier visits at Sploot, my dog also became fearful enough that he now requires sedation for exams, even though he has no issues with grooming or handling anywhere else. There were also negative encounters with front desk staff, including one unnecessarily tense interaction at Central Park.\n\nI purchased a membership, but I still found myself researching symptoms, advocating for treatments, and doing the diagnostic work myself. That is not the quality of veterinary care I expected.\n\nI will be canceling my membership and moving on to a new vet. I hope Sploot re-evaluates their communication, exam quality, and handling practices.\n\nFor clarity, I have included photos showing that this was clearly not a tooth issue, despite the suggestions I was given.\n\nPlease do not respond with a generic “reach out to us directly” message or a reply implying that I misunderstood, acted incorrectly, or failed to communicate something. I am aware of the pattern of responses left under other negative reviews, where accountability is avoided and the client is subtly redirected as the problem. My concerns were already brought directly to Sploot and were not addressed. This review is for transparency, not further redirection.

My little kitty was having a problem with unequal pupil sizes and they were able to get me in same day! My tech and doctor were both super sweet and sensitive to my cats needs. He was very scared but they took great care of him. The treatment was very affordable and I had a really positive experience here! Would definitely come back!

We had the most incredible experience at Sploot. We had an emergency and they were able to get us a same day appointment. They made us feel heard, respected and most importantly, they took incredible care of our dog. Switched vets immediately so we could keep Loki in their care.
