What pet parents say

Stay away from CCAPM! Don't let them take your animal in the backroom if it looks terrified. Mine was deeply traumatized. I wish I never came here in the first place.\n\nJust go to the Vista Animal Hospital across the street! They actually take the time to make you and your pet feel safe and welcomed.\n\nCCAPM should be able to perform simple nail trims and vaccines right in front of you instead of dragging your animal in the back room by force. You can ask/request them to perform the services in front of you, if they refuse then I highly suggest you walk out! Take your animal somewhere else.\n\nThe main doctor is condescending and rude... he needs to work on bedside manners. Made me feel uncomfortable anytime I came to visit.\nThe staff on the other hand are very nice.\nI'm never coming back though.

Our young husky/border collie mix, Ozzie, swallowed a piece of a rubber ball and began experiencing severe discomfort, loss of appetite and weight loss while we were out of State. Despite multiple vet visits and several expensive medical tests there, the root cause of his problem was unknown.\n\nWe got him home and in to see Dr. Landry who recommended an urgent course of treatment including a biopsy and exploratory surgery. Surgery revealed an intestinal blockage which, left unattended much longer, would have caused his death. Dr. Landry opened the intestine, removed the blockage, expertly stitched him up, and three weeks later he was fully recovered.\n\nThe skill and care of all the personnel involved in Ozzie’s care was simply extraordinary and they literally saved his life. Today he is nothing less than joy on four legs!\n\nWe can’t recommend CCAPM strongly enough to do it justice.

I would give Dr. Landry and his staff 10 stars if that were the scale. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating when you need to get in off schedule. Dr. Landry does just what is needed to take care of your pet and doesn't overdo it. He is very thoughtful and practical in his approach. He also goes above and beyond when there is a need after hours.

Thank you Dr. Landry for continuing to take such good care of our babies. From the first time they came to see you, when I worked for you. To saying good bye to my boy Brusier. To Gracie Lu's shots last week and Dewey's dental today. I will never trust my animals with anyone else besides you. I know you care for each patient as though they were apart of your family.

It's not enough to say that I really love Dr. Landry and his team. I trust all of my animals...both dogs and cats to him. He specializes in pain management, he does all the usual vet stuff and he absolutely cares about the humans as much as the animals. I literally took my senior Miles to him sometimes more than once a week for 3 years for not only pain management but quality of life. He went over and above what I have ever experienced at other vet offices and spared my boy a whole lot of pain. He helped guide us through our decision of when and how to say goodbye. I will forever be grateful and quite frankly I won't take my pets anywhere else. Why would I? He is the best. Full stop.
