I’ve been taking my dog here for years and they’ve always been great. He leaves clean, fluffy, and with a big smile! Staff are always incredibly friendly. They give a report card for his behavior and always a themed bandana to complete his glow-up, which is such a sweet touch. Great groomers!

Ken Caryl Pet Spa is amazing and so are the groomers. My dog is very stranger, doesn't like his head touched and just a special rescue baby who's had a hard beginning. I asked Stavia to help me and not only did she do that but she exceeded my expectations with how kind, compassionate and patience she was with him. Walle went from a Wolly mammoth to a show dog and my jaw just hit the floor. Stavia is incredible if your nervous with your baby because they might be challenging give her a chance you won't be disappointed. All of the groomers are beyond amazing and I am lucky to have found this place.

Edit after such a long winded response to my rating:\n\nThe low star rating is not reflective of the quality of the work completed. I would have rated the service much higher if the overall customer experience had been better.\nUpon arrival, there was little to no direction provided after completing the required paperwork, and we were left waiting while three staff members conversed at the front desk. I had to ask for an estimated timeframe, and the response to my question seemingly didnt warrant looking up from the screen. Only one employee made any effort to help make Sylas feel comfortable during the drop off/waiting period.\nAdditionally, despite expressing my gratitude for accommodating us on short notice and clearly stating that this appointment was an emergency and that I already have a regular groomer, there was continued pressure to schedule a return visit. When picking him up, I again felt pressured, along with uncomfortable insinuations regarding responsibility for his matting.\nWhile I do appreciate the ability to be seen on short notice, the overall experience was not a positive one for me. The cost in no way reflects this rating. I’m sure this business is a good fit for some, but it is not the right fit for us. Thank you.

We adopted our new family member Allie Rose in March after she was dumped in a field, covered in painful bacterial/fungal skin infection following a recent litter of puppies. After 5 months of medical fostering to relieve her of the Demedex condition, she is now requiring the "finishing touches" to get her coat and skin in tip top shape. We cannot thank Jen and the staff at the Pet Spa for partnering with us to give Allie the best chance of a brillant coat and healthy skin.\n\nJen has been SO patient in working with Allie and the staff immediately suggested the value of a package of 5 There-Clean sessions to help with Allie's recovery. She now is being spoiled rotten by the staff as she soaks in this wonderful warm water bath spa.\n\nHer nail trim, her grooming have all been given to her with consideration and compassion and we cannot recommend strongly enough the care your pet will receive from this staff.\n\nI have appreciated the suggestions Jen gives to me as I get more familiar with Allie's needs and products that will help us help her achieve her "best self". So many people comment on Allie's coat when we are out for walks, at the park or simply running errands in businesses where we are allowed to take her inside with us.\n\nI am attaching photos of the day 6 months ago when Allie was rescued by Safe Harbor Lab Rescue and placed in medical fostering and Allie after her recent "spa" treatments with Jen.\n\nDuring this season of allergy challenges with our pets licking paws and tummies, scratching constantly and rubbing their noses on anything to get relief, I would recommend you talk to the staff here and ask about how the Thera-Clean Bath series might benefit your pet. They are one of only three places in CO to receive this treatment.\n\nThanks to Ken Caryl Pet Spa for all you do to make Allie more comfortable.

They are very good, Kai-Lynn, the woman who helped me was awsome, it was my first time going to a place like this, and she was super helpful with picking what package to go with, and my dog has never been happier. They have a great selection of pet treats too. Definitely worth it. Highly recommend.
