The groomer on Thursday 10/30 AM was great. She called me to say my dog was finished. I came and paid but my dog nowhere in sight. I asked the other employees if she was finished and nobody went back and told the groomer I was there I waited an extra 30 minutes to get her because the only groomer was working on another dog at that point. I saw at least 4 or 5 employees walking around while I was wondering where my dog was and not 1 person went back and told the groomer I was there. A little communication would have been helpful.

Stopped by to get my new puppy some needed items and was greeted when walking in but the best part was the lady that helped me with getting food and even checked me out. Gave me a booklet with new puppy coupons. Not saying all the other locations are bad, she gave off good vibes

Took my Aussie in today for a bath and a clip and he came back shaved clear down to the skin! We are devastated. Clearly the groomer Alexandria is not knowledgeable about proper cuts for this breed. Her response was "It will grow back" which also is not true. Being shaved takes away their natural protection from heat and cold and increases their risk of sunburn. I will never return to this store!

Would be very careful if you buy pet food here. On 3-4 different occasions I have picked up expired dog food. Sometimes months out of date. I always tell the employee at the register. The most recent time I asked to speak with a manager. I wanted to know if there was some sort of process for checking expiration dates. They told me that they are directed to just put what they receive on the shelf. And that they even received food at the store that was already out of date before it was put on the shelf.\nThey knowingly stock expired pet food and they knowingly leave expired pet food on the shelf. They knowingly SELL expired pet food.

I prefer this store over other Petcos and of course, over Petsmart.\nI asked for help finding an item and the sales person was friendly, kind and personable.
