I attended an adoption event held here by Animal Friends Alliance. The place was busy but every staff member was on point. Lee helped us in both the dog and cat areas.\n\nLacey helped us with adoption forms. She processed 4 or 5 adoptions during our little wait and got us out the door in like 20 minutes.\n\nMy family is pumped to welcome Cheese and we're thankful for the event and location.

Ridiculous experience. Nov 18th, just now. Wanted to get an animal and the girl up front said “it’s just me working tonight so probably not today.” Well I rocked up on you texting on your phone, doing nothing with absolutely NO ONE else in the store & you had two other associates walking in and out of the employee only door. Her excuse was “I have to do a bunch of paperwork when people adopt.” Ok? Let’s do it at the front of the store. Lazy people who want to get paid to do absolutely nothing - don’t recommend the brunette with the phone addiction 🙄

Went to get some supplies for my fish tank and thought I would check out the fish since I have never been to this store. Several tanks with several dead fish. Let the cashier know about this and it's pretty concerning and would probably not buy fish from this location. The cashier responded with "I will let someone know. That is why I am no longer on the animal care team because they don't know what they are doing".\n\nI have also been given bad advice from another Petsmart location.

I came in today to get some stuff and the staff were lovely and helpful, but I noticed that the baby beardies weren't being housed appropriately - there were way too many babies in one viv and there weren't any enrichment items for them to interact with, just carpet and each other. They were clearly agitated and stressed. I hope I just came in at the wrong time and this isn't how they've been being kept regularly.

I took him today to be groomed. Kacy B did the best job! So nice and sweet! Best haircut he has ever had and he has went to two other places!:) See y’all again soon.
