We brought our Australian Shepherd for grooming (haircut/nails/bath) before Christmas and dropped her off at 9:30 am. At 3:30 pm we still hadn’t heard back from PetSmart staff. I called the store to check in on her and they said that they had been trying to contact me for hours but my phone was going to voicemail. I didn’t have a voicemail or missed calls and also didn’t receive the text I typically get to pick her up. When I arrived they reiterated that they had tried to contact me and the person who groomed her was no longer working. They told me to sign up for text notifications and I already am. My dog had long nails and had not received a haircut when I picked her up. She had been there all day and only received a bath. We will no longer bring her to PetSmart and will be bringing her to PaWash Pet Spa in Englewood. We have been taking our older Aussies there for years and they are accepting new clients. They do an excellent job, are a local business and have never forgotten to groom the dogs at their appointment.

So impressed with the grooming department here, specifically Levi who took great care of our two dogs. Levi was so communicative, sweet, and honest about pricing. He is a great asset to your team.

Grooming is okay. I have a long haired weenie dog, and his feet still have fur on the pads, I had to cut out two knots, his butt is uneven and they didn't even do a sanitary trim on him. Not worth $61

Great management-they are so amenable with any issues (exchanges or returns). And the groomers make my pup look gorgeous each time. I am always confident leaving my dog with them and thrilled with their grooming skills. Plus everyone is always so happy. What are you feeding the employees?? It’s working.

Floor associates were extremely unhelpful and to busy gossiping to assist me with one thing, when we asked for help they were very rude and never came out to help. Highly recommend going elsewhere, to many family stores that will help you, for you to go to a corporation that doesn't care.
