I have been taking my dogs to Morgann since the beginning of her career, and I have consistently been impressed with her dedication and growth as a groomer. When my dogs first started getting groomed, they were very nervous and scared, but Morgann was incredibly patient and took the time to calm them and earn their trust. Because of her gentle approach, my dogs now love going to see her. She is wonderful with animals and is always striving to improve her skills and provide the best care possible.\n\nMorgann goes above and beyond by creating thoughtful, personalized touches such as photos, postcards, and holiday ornaments, which truly show how much pride she takes in her work. She cares deeply not only about the quality of her grooming, but also about her clients (both canine and human), leaving happy. She is also very understanding that budgets can be tight and frequently offers promotions and deals without ever compromising quality. My dogs always look amazing after their visits. Saber has been a regular customer of Morgan's since he was barely a year old. He can be very stubborn and she gained his trust from the beginning. Now he's kind of an older guy, and he still looks forward to his spa time with her for sure.
