I wish google had a 0 rating. Definitely if you can avoid this place it sucks. Made an appointment with plenty of time. The day of the appointment I showed up at the agreed time. Upon arrival which was a 12:30 one of the employees told me that all of the cages were full and to come back at 4:00 and that the dog will be done at 6:00 pm. I refused being that drove all the way from Brighton and had other things to do which prevented me from taking the dog. She ended up taking the dog. The estimated promised time came and no call was ever received so I decided to show up. Arrived around 6:30 pm to find out they haven't even started with my dog. Got really upset asking what was the purpose of the appointment?.\nThe employee said she wasn't on charge of the appointment and that the owner was scheduling 23 dogs per day. 23 per day with only 3 employees that's insane. Asked her about an Estimated time and she told me 9:00 pm. OMG I was furious and asked her to do her best and they to get it done sooner and I left. Would like to mention thats the 3rd time the dog was taken there but always it was done by my sister. She's the one who knows the owner. My sister called and told her the situation and according to her will take care of the situation.\nCame back around 8:00 pm and they were barely starting to cut the hair stating that my dog wasn't cooperation and that she was struggling with him.At that point my dog was tired and exhausted of being on a cage for over 8 hours of course he'll be stress, hungry and that's what I told them. My husband had to step in and held the dog in order for her to be able to cut it. They washed him and dried him. When the were trying to trim him to complete he was even worst. Then my daughter had to step him and held him but it was literally 9:00 pm and that we ask for the dog to be left alone because we had to leave.The charged me 70.00 stating that took them 4 hours to detangle when they cut the hair all the way .No receipt , dog unfinished, starved and stress that I will never in life will go back there. Never leave reviews but I couldn't keep for my self and wanted to share my experience.

I am so glad that I found this grooming salon! The owner, Margarita, is super sweet. I love how loving they are with the pets, they do the grooming fast and the cuts are amazing! Not to mention that the pricing for the grooming is great! They do charge you all the bogus fees that Petsmart charges. Margarita is also a vet which is so convenient. I highly highly recommend this place.

They left my baby looking very handsome, and did it within a reasonable time and price. My boy is usually really anxious and scared of strangers but he really seemed to like them. Definitely recommend!

Worst service ever! Seems like employees don’t even know how to cut dog hair… They charged me $70 for this! Won’t ever take my dog there and hope other people see this…

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. SEE BELOW.\n\nIf I could give -5 stars I would. They do a good job grooming BUT be advised the owner claims to be a vet, which I haven't been able to receive confirmation for this on. My dog was taken there by a family member twice and got vaccinations from here but when I couldn't make the trip out to there again I had issues with the vaccine records I have from this place. The pamphlet first of all is a generic pamphlet from a bulk vaccine distributor. No mention of supervisory veterinary doctor or office anywhere on the paperwork.\n\nSo no other grooming place will accept the vaccine records as valid. If the owner is a licensed veterinary doctor as she claims she should be taking care to include this in her paperwork so that other agencies can confirm vaccination records! Is this not standard?\n\nI assume she hasn't had issues with this because of course she owns her own grooming business and it's easier for her to just say "oh it's fine just bring her to my grooming office!" Cool. No regard for the fraud she's doing on vaccine records. Update your business practices if you want to work with people's pets. What you are doing is fraudulent.
