I visited with my two young golden retrievers today, and I was nervous about washing them solo. But I had an amazing experience. It made it so comfortable being in our own isolated area. The staff was extremely friendly. And I have Always paid much, much, more at other spaces for self wash. I love that my dogs got to be off leash and be more At ease even when there were other dogs there as well. I also got to take my time! I am so glad that I chose to come by today and I will be back in the future. I have also made multiple recommendations to others already and I hope they will check out your facility as well.

Locally-owned and operated business. I've been shopping here for 20 years. They moved over in the same plaza years ago! Great knowledgeable staff and very helpful. The product selection is amazing and very competitive pricing. They also special order anything in bulk if needed. They offer a self pay bathing area and grooming as well. Store is always clean and well organized. I highly recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area.

We use this store for all of our pets needs. They have a great selection of both cat and dog food as well as using their grooming service with Sam for our three dogs.\nThey always come out looking like they’re brand new:) Definitely recommend Essential Pet!

I brought my puppy into the store today, and unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. The employee, Lexie, wasn’t rude, but her energy made it very clear that our presence was more of an inconvenience than anything else. She never greeted me, never asked if I needed help, and didn’t acknowledge us at all.\n\nSurprisingly, the woman handing out samples helped me far more than the actual staff member did. I appreciate her kindness, but I left feeling disappointed in the customer service overall. A simple “hi” or offer to help would have gone a long way. I gave 2 stars one for store being so nice and organized and the sample lady who assisted me today. I chose to go to your store and it was our first time. I thought I was supporting a small business. I’m not sure if I will be back I really wanted to support this local business because I am also a local business owner myself.
