I took my long-haired cat to be bathed and brushed, and to have the hair on his armpits, stomach, and balls trimmed so that his poop wouldn't get stuck.\nTell me why you decided to cut all the hair from the middle of his body down, including his ENTIRE tail.\nI don't understand how a hygienic haircut could have been misinterpreted in this way.\nNo refund will be enough to pay for the damage caused.\nI would give 0 starts if that was possible\nAttached his pics: after his haircut / before

My husband and I recently visited this location to purchase a bark collar for our dog. Since we’ve never used one before, we were hoping to speak with a knowledgeable associate who could help us better understand the different options and how they work.\n\nUnfortunately, our experience seeking assistance was disappointing. When we approached two employees for help—one with green hair and another woman—we were met with personal opinions instead of useful guidance. One of them said, *“All I know is I would never put one on my dog—I don’t like them.”* While we respect that everyone is entitled to their own views, we were specifically looking for product information, not personal opinions.\n\nWhen we asked if someone else might be available to help, we were told the managers were on lunch, and that was the end of the conversation. There was no effort to offer alternative support or follow-up, which left us feeling brushed off.\n\nWe understand that bark collars can be a controversial topic, and that not every employee will have the same viewpoint—but professionalism should always come first. Even a simple, “I’m not sure, let me find someone who can help,” would have made a huge difference.\n\nThat said, we do want to recognize that the woman who checked us out at the register was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She was a bright spot in our visit, and we appreciated her positive attitude after a frustrating start.\n\nWe hope management takes this feedback into consideration and ensures staff are better trained to assist customers respectfully and knowledgeably, regardless of personal opinions.

We took our golden to PetSmart grooming and wow—Bryan crushed it. Our pup came back looking like he was ready for a magazine cover shoot. His coat was soft, shiny, and somehow smelled better than anything in our house (including us).\n\nBryan was super friendly, clearly loves what he does, and treated our dog like royalty. You can tell he takes real pride in his work—and it shows.\n\nIf you’re thinking about grooming at PetSmart, ask for Bryan. Your dog will look, feel, and probably strut like a million bucks.

Love the staff. We always take our cat with us wherever we go. He goes to Lowes, bars, concerts, and PetSmart. In fact, the only place he will get out of a cart is if he's at PetSmart. They have some reasonably priced toys, some cute outfits for cats, and just anything you'd need.
