***update: spoke to a manager on the phone. Was told I had to go into the store for a refund (for some reason they couldn’t process it over the phone). Went into the store and was treated like garbage. The manager who refunded me didn’t say a single word to me. No apology for the butcher job on my dog, not even a hello, or have a good day. They clearly do not care about their customers from the way this situation was handled. Seems to be a big disconnect between whoever we spoke to on the phone and the floor staff.\n\nI’ve had my dog groomed here a couple times and they usually do a really good job. I took my dog in today to get groomed and they absolutely massacred the haircut. It looks like something I tried to do myself. It’s choppy and uneven everywhere, long in some places short in others. I paid $65 and I’m going to have to take him somewhere else and pay to try and get it salvaged. I don’t have words for how horrible this cut is. Always love visiting this store. The staff is so kind and helpful, they always greet you and are genuine. I somehow left my keys on the counter and had no idea, they somehow tracked me down and called me to let me know they were there. This is a great place and I would recommend it to everyone.

David was awesome! Went to three other pet stores to find my dog's food, we just got in from a long road trip. 15 hours on the road, David decided to hook it up with a free lunch for my girl, delicious samples! Treat my dog right, you've got me for life!

Sent my boyfriend to get our dog groomed we went with the new groomer Jenny I was surprised by the final total of over $200 after being told there would only be a small de-matting fee. There was no clear price estimate before the service,

decent prices but unfortunately have to rate 2 stars for the two inches of space (literally) they provide their betta fish. i get that they can't be housed together but hell start a sorority for the females and get 2.5s for the guys. SOMETHING. if need be please just decline any merchant wanting to sell you tens of lone-wolf fish. if they're too much to care for please stop stocking them!\n\nthe few times ive shopped in here ive encountered numerous dead bettas. it's insanely depressing. first thing you see when you walk in the door and that doesn't mean just move them to the back lol.
